5 Wedding lighting tips & how it effects your photos
Planning a fall & winter wedding
More about me
Hi I'm Tiffany! Mama of 3 little ones, 19 year wedding photographer and portrait photographer, photography workshop host and mentor, 7 year wedding planner, micro homesteader, lover of travel & adventure, follower of Jesus, and hobby gardener.
Spring may not have fully sprung in New Hampshire, but that didn’t stop me from trying to keep the spring vibes going in Nicole and Matt’s wedding photos. The lovely New England landscape is by far one of my favorites, so I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of their early spring wedding at The Common Man Plymouth New Hampshire. The lush greens we were starting to see here in Pennsylvania hadn’t quite reached New Hampshire, but the snow had melted and only a little mud was left here and there.

Nicole’s friend graciously offered to create her stunning flower, so there was darling foliage to play with for detail photos. It’s amazing what flowers can do to bring a little “pop” into photos. Especially when spring is taking her time due to the New England climate.

The Common Mann Inn in boasts some really cool old theater chairs, so I had to take advantage of those to display Nicole’s lovely wedding accessories.

Some moments just capture your heart all the more in black and white. This is one of them. Nicole’s mom looking at her as she is getting ready is one of those slow intentional moments that was just waiting to be captured in the slow in between moments.

When you get married, make sure you find yourself a groom as joy-filled as Matt was. I was melting from how sweet their first look was. The pure JOY rolling off of the both of them was infectious and truly what makes my job the most amazing thing ever!

Since the Common Man Inn wasn’t quite ready fro spring, we hopped in the car and headed into town. Aaron and I had scouted out the most lovely blooming tree in downtown Plymouth, New Hampshire. I’m pretty sure it might have been the only blooming tree in New Hampshire in April, but we found it. The spring time look it gave did not disappoint!

If you ever have the opportunity to explore New England, they have the most darling old world towns. Plymouth, New Hampshire is top of the list. Though I have not been all over New Hampshire, I have traveled numerous towns in the southern part and they all are marvelously lovely with small shops and charming arcetecture.

Just outside of The Common Mann Inn is a little garden area and that is were Matt and Nicole decide to start their forever.

Again, just look at the PURE JOY!!!

The Common Man Inn’s Birch Room was a lovely location to celebrate after their early spring outdoor wedding ceremony in the garden area. The room was just off the garden, so it created a perfect flow from one event to the next.

Being a wedding photographer isn’t just about capturing the action, it’s about capturing the reaction too. This is something that makes having Aaron and I as a team so special. I can focus on the couple and the action of their wedding day, while Aaron captures the reaction of those observing and taking part in their day.

Nicole & Matt,
Thank you for letting us join in the pure JOY of your wedding day! Cheers to many more years of JOY!
Hugs!
Tiffany & Aaron
