If you have ever wondered about how to photograph a wedding or wished you were more confidant at photographing weddings, this has been designed to help you. Maybe you can photograph a wedding, but don’t know where to be when or how to help your couples plan and it all makes your head spin. Then this workshop retreat has been created just for you!

I have been a wedding photographer for 14 years, learning exactly how to prepare, what to ask my couples and how to photograph a wedding without the stress of learning it all “on the clock” would have been great! Even second shooting, I couldn’t seem to remember all I wanted to ask the photographer I was assisting at the end of the day, and during the day there was too much going on to ask what I needed to know.

This wedding photographer workshop and training has been designed with all of those struggles in mind. It’s very different to set-up a styled shoot and make things look pretty, but what about a real wedding? What do you do when the pressure is on with your client/s watching you? My goal with this workshop is to address all of that and leave you with confidence to photograph your 1st, 20th or 50th wedding.

March 29th & 30th, 2025 at The Maverick in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

This year I am so excited to announce that that Wedding Day Walk-Through Workshop will be hosted at the The Maverick in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This hidden gem of a wedding venue is simply stunning and will make the most amazing backdrop for our “real fake wedding.”

This two day styled content creation day and wedding workshop will give each attendee a chance to photograph a full wedding without the the stress of a real wedding day. It allows each photographer the opportunity to learn how to prep for a wedding day from client meetings to the stressful timelines and paperwork. Each session has live Q&A as we go and the opportunity to work with real couples not models for Day #2’s real wedding day. Plus in the end, each photographer then has a wedding in their portfolio to boost their brand, marketing and galleries. Those who join us for both days also have the opportunity to get an updated headshot as well.

This workshop is for wedding photographers to be able to further their careers or kickstart their wedding career as amazing wedding photographers! You don’t have to be new to the wedding photographer industry to join. We offer a ticket for both days or a ticket for just day #2 and the content creation side of things.
