At 16 years old, I decided that I would start a photography business, and here I am now starting my 18th wedding season and having just wrapped up my 6th Wedding Workshop. I have so much knowledge, but it won't help anyone if I don't share it.
While I lead a local group for creative entrepreneurs, (Tuesday Creative Collective) in the Greensburg Pennsylvania and teach workshops around the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area, sometimes you simply need something more personal and tailored to where you are at. Mentor sessions are just perfect for this!
You can read more details about them below.
So lovely to meet you
would all be ok and that I could do this. Heavens, even someone telling me what to do at times. This is what my mentor sessions are all about, taking the time to ask and learn.
So many times when I wish the industry wasn't so full of competition. So many times when I wish I could have slowed down and had someone hold my hand and tell me it
Would you like be at a photo shoot and work hands on right beside me as I work with clients? I will create a photo session just for you based on the clients you would like to work with more. Ex: Children, a couple, famlies, etc. We then shoot the session together covering lighting, posing, camera gear, and more.
(This is a minimum of a 2 hour experience.)
Not sure what you need? No worries, this is a simple 1 hour Q&A call to simply bounce thoughts and ideas off me so you can gather your thoughts and learn where you need to head next. Think of it as a brainstorming session. Whether you are just getting started, or have been a photographer for a while but want to level-up, this a a great way to have a go-to girl chat.
Three of my above one on one mentor sessions broken down throughout the year. This three session option is great for building on topics or working on a few different big things with out getting overwhelmed. It allows time for you to process what you have learned and then come back ready for the next topic.

My mentor sessions are personalized and created around your specific photography goals. Each session lasts about 2 hours and can cover topics such as camera skills, photography techniques, and hands-on demonstrations.
Before the session, I’ll create a mini curriculum tailored to the subject you want to dive into. While each session focuses on a primary topic, you’re welcome to request a few related areas—just let me know in advance so I can prepare accordingly. If you're interested in building on your skills over time with more in-depth guidance, a three-session series may be a better fit.

Yes! I offer them both in person at my studio or via ZOOM. While I am based here in Latrobe Pennsylvania, the wonderful world wide web makes it easy to work with photographers from all over.
Never a problem
All of my sessions can be broken down into payment plans to best suite your needs. Simply let me know and I can adjust your invoice to fit a payment plan that works well for you.
Yes! ABSOLUTELY!
Each mentor session is tailored to you and what you would like to learn. Some topics are simple and won't take long to cover, while others might take the full town hours. I typically say that about 4 topics is a good goal for the 3 mentor session option.
It depends...
