I have been dying to share this wedding with you all and I’m so glad I finally have time to get back to blogging and slowly share this years weddings. Next up is Patrick and Tarah’s darling bicycle themed wedding took place at the cutest little farm in Champion Pennsylvania, SanaView Farms. It’s a newer venue that comes with so many wonderful locations and Tarah and Patrick wasted no time utilizing it all for their wedding day.
Tarah’s sweet momma and her sister Shayli created her lovely bouquet and all the other wedding day floral creations.
Each bouquet had it’s own special charm. Momma Kifer started that tradition when her oldest daughter, Aubree, was married a few years ago. This wedding’s charm style was all bicycle themed though.
Oh how I love these girls! You might recognize them all from past blog posts because these girls have been a part of Jackson Signature Photography for years. I first photographed Aubree’s senior portraits then Tarah’s senior portraits. A few winters ago I had the privilege of traveling to Michigan to photograph Aubree and Brandon’s wedding then last year it was Shayli’s turn for senior portraits and this year I photographed Tarah’s wedding.
After their first look, Tarah and Patrick opted to get all their portraits out of the way so they could enjoy family and friends after the ceremony.
The sweetest sisters I know. <3
Just before he walked her down the isle, Tarah had a misty-eyed first look with her dad. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a better dad reaction. These ones were a little bit harder to capture though because I was tearing up a little.
In a little grove of pines just a short walk from the reception barn was the perfect ceremony spot. In continuing with the bicycle wedding theme cute little tags were added to the flower jars and two pillows with bicycles were ready for prayer time.
A real bicycle is a must and couldn’t be missed to complete the theme. What better prop to take photos with. Though it wasn’t a bicycle built of two, they still made it look quite cute I think.
Every little detail was design and brought to life by Tarah and Patrick along with their family and friends. As much as I love it when couples hire everyone to do everything, there is always so much sweetness behind the love and care in DIY style weddings. Everyone comes together to make the day special for the couple they love.
Patrick & Tarah,
Since I’m a little late in blogging, I feel like you two just met and here you have just celebrated 6 months as Mr & Mrs! We are so happy for you guys and all your hiking and biking adventure to come.
Hugs!
