Walking in a winter wonderland doesn’t even begin to describe what Sydney and I stumbled upon for her session. While Sydney and I met for her consultation all she said was that she wanted snow. Each time it would snow, it would be gone the next day. So we found a chilly day and headed up the mountain. While it was about forty degrees or so in Greensburg it was much colder in the Laurel Highlands. We were about a mile away from Seven Springs when we hit a winter wonderland.
Sydney’s winter wonderland senior portraits were going to happen! After crawling down the road to Laurel Hill State Park we hopped out and snapped as many photos as we could before we were to wet from the big snowflakes that were falling. By the time we got back to my car, our hair was white! Meet Sydney in her winter wonderland senior portraits in the Laurel Highlands.
After stopping at Laurel Hill State Park we snailed our way back to Seven Springs. The lovely inch of snow that had fallen while we were at the park left a blanket on everything and was perfect for photos.
Girl you make the most stunning serious face!!
Has anone noticed that her scarf is made of a bunch of scotty dogs??? How cute is that!?!?!?! Way to create a cute and cool design Vera Bradley!!
Pure bliss right here! This girl got her snow wish!
So in the summer I have a little pop-up changing tent for all of our seniors. No there is no mirror or outlet for them but it does the trick. We were in the middle on the forest and with the cold and snow, a changing tent wasn’t going to cut it. So we made car changes work and with a visor mirror and my car power inverter, this girl curled her hair. She literally couldn’t see what she was doing and it looks stunning. #hairgoals right there!
We also made some friends down by the pond. <3
