I had not met Hannah prior to her senior session since he lives in Pittsburgh. Her session consult was done over the phone. I wasn’t to worried that we had not met since I had photographed her sister Emma not long ago.
On one of those oddly warm day in November I headed into Pittsburgh with Hannah and her mom her some lovely urban downtown Pittsburgh senior photos. While all the other trees were bare and lifeless, there was one lonely tree that boasted the most lovely fall colors. It set the backdrop for the first portion of Hannah’s downtown Pittsburgh senior photos. Between the lovely lighting and the light blue in her scarf, her eyes simply popped!
Hannah your smile is lovely!
I’m always a sucker for great architecture. Though I have been in Oakland many times I hadn’t ever noticed this building before. Though I still have not idea what it is, I fell in love with it. Good architecture and craftsmanship is hard to find these days in a building. So I take advance of it every chance I can.
These stairs were so fun!!! Next up, I need a bridal party for here. đŸ™‚
Hannah too has a love for books so where better to take her photo than in front of a bookstore. This charming little shop was the perfect backdrop for outfit number 3! It’s rare you see a navy blue storefront so I was pretty excited as well!
Our last stop was at Phipps Conservatory. We smuggled my camera in few a few photos in the dessert room, Hannah’s favorite stop. The light greens with her pretty blond hair was so soft.
Hannah,
Thank you so much for allowing me to take your senior photos! I had a lovely time wondering the city with you and I can’t wait to see all that life has in store for you!
Cheers!
