It’s time for your “The Jackson’s Weekly” blog post with wedding behind the scenes from out double wedding weekend in Pittsburgh, Tuesday’s Together Updates and as always, more photos of little miss Caroline.
JACKSON SIGNATURE PHOTOGRAPHY: I hit the road Tuesday to do a wedding venue layout walk-through with Caitlin and plan Saturday’s timeline with Haren’s mom. While I might not be a city girl AT ALL, the view through Schenley Park was quite lovely. The Heinz Chapel looked so pretty peeking out above the park’s trees. After our meeting at The Porch I headed to the studio for Tuesday’s Together.
If you don’t know what Tuesday’s Together is let me explain… It’s a group of creatives in any field that meet once a month. It’s a community over competition based group so our goal is to support and cheer each other on. You can check out our group page here.
On the second Tuesday of every month we meet up for mingling and munchies followed by a topic and/or a guest speaker to educate ourselves. It’s super low-key and fun and a great way to meet other creatives in the Greensburg area.
It was an awesome wedding weekend here with a double header for Haren and Caitlin. On Friday they had a simple ceremony at The Porch in Schenley Park followed by heavy appitizers and on Saturday they had a Hindi ceremony and reception.
No matter where I go I always seen to find myself decorating or doing something that ties in with Joy Filled Occasions. 🙂
Haren & Caitlin’s wedding night preview was looking pretty fab!!!!
Yes, all of our couples have a wedding night preview, pretty cool right?!?!?!?
THE JACKSONS: After a weekend in the city we headed for the mountains for some prescription nature.
AROUND THE HOUSE: A little wedding weekend recovery took place but my apples were going bad so a little baking happened and we started making pasta sauce with our garden tomatoes.
LITTLE MISS CAROLINE: Our book worm… literally. This girl is growing like crazy and her vocabulary is growing. She took a little time for a play date this week with her mini BFF Mia.
Happy Monday Friends!
