I know it’s not Monday but since yesterday was a Memorial Day, I took the day off from blogging. I hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day with family and friends. I saw the most wonderful quote about Memorial Day and while I have no idea who created it, it was wonderful.
“Our flag does not fly because the wind but blows it; it flies with the last breath of every soldier who died defending it.”
JACKSON SIGNATURE PHOTOGRAPHY: We have ONE SEAT LEFT for the WORKSHOP!!!!
Caroline went bridesmaid dress color shopping! She was helping Miss Miranda choose her bridesmaid dress color at Kimberly James Bridal in Greensburg.
AROUND THE HOUSE: The “corner” saga continues. I still don’t have a fiddle fig in the corner of the sunroom but I have added an antique dresser I pulled form another spot in the house as a buffet and once Aaron can build me shelving, the plants will be moved there. As for the top of the “buffet” I have no idea what I will be added there. Maybe I’ll just put the fiddle fig onto of it. Kidding! Just kidding!
LITTLE MISS CAROLINE: We tried to picnic with Caroline in her mini Adirondack chair but there were to many things to do and see so we took maters into our own hands and brought her chair outside.
Shhhh don’t tell daddy but she might have enjoyed a Dunkin Munchkin with her mini BFF the other day. Seriously though, how cute are these two?
Poor Duke, he has endured another week with his biggest fan.
Someone is enjoying her markers more and more.
A little lunch date with Betsy this week.
THE JACKSONS IN REAL LIFE: What fun is an airshow if Grandpa doesn’t let you see one of the planes in his hanger while you are there. Caroline said she will take 3 of them. 😉 I told her she better get her pilots license first.
We enjoyed the best seats in the house of the airshow just above center stage but Caroline was only there for the snacks.
It was another great Latrobe Air Show for the books! I think Caroline agrees!
A party, a picnic and then some time to relax was on our Memorial Day agenda.
Another busy week with the Wedding Workshop prep is in store so off to work I go!
