It’s another Monday here friends! Last week was a catch-up/catch-all week after being gone for two day the week before so I could travel out to Philly area for a newborn session. I’m always up for traveling for a photo shoot guys!!!
Around the House: I have had a HUGE nesting itch recently. It happens to me with the changing of the seasons and since I decorated for spring early thanks to Caroline’s 1st birthday party, I have to find something else to decorate.
I decided to attack the sunroom decor this time. I thought I was going to get a nice fiddle fig tree for this corner BUT I think I will opt for a nice floating shelf to the right of the window to place some herbs on and to the left some wall art.
Now I just need Aaron to build the shelf… That my friends will be a while I think. The poor guy is slammed with work and we hardly see him. It’s been a blessing BUT we miss him around here.
Incase your wondering, Aaron owns Jackson Renovations a home remodeling company. He is wonderful at what he does which means there is a never ending flow of work and only one of him to go around. A blessing but also a small problem when trying to fit everyone in.
New & Exciting: I THINK it’s about to happen!!!! I meet with a fellow wedding planner tomorrow to start bringing this grand event to life! I have been working in the background on creating a full wedding day walkthrough for new photographer or photographers who want to learn how to better photograph weddings to do so without the pressure of a real day.
This wedding workshop will give the photographers a chance to photograph a full wedding, unlike a styled shoot, without the the stress of a real wedding day. This gives each photographer the chance to ask Q&A as we go, learn how to prep for the day from client meetings to paperwork. Plus in the end, each photographer then has a wedding in their portfolio.
Stay tuned for more info on our “how to photograph a wedding” workshop! If your a vendor that wants to join me in the endeavor, send me an email! <3
Little Miss Caroline: Our little tot is growing up but this week we had some extra snuggles because she is getting another molar. This makes tooth number 9! I noticed another one starting to pop through today even. Poor little Caroline.
On Wednesday Aunt Crystal joined us to go to the Just Between Friends consignment sale. We didn’t find to many things on our spring buying list but Aunt Crystal did for her little baby.
Caroline: LOVES pizza and using it as a hairbrush. *Facepalm
Happy Monday ya’ll!
