Aaron and I have loved Stonehenge Lodge for years. We had looked at having our own reception there years ago but it was right as they momentary closed. So naturally when Lindsey first contacted me and mentioned where they were planning on getting married, I was thrilled! I have always thought a Stonehenge Wedding would be quite the darling, but I’ll let you see that for yourself.
Look at their little flower girl! She adores being in front of the camera! Isn’t she the cutest!?!?!?!
A few weeks before their wedding, Lindsey’s sweet momma fell. A little unplanned but she rolled with it. I just love these west moments of Lindsay and her mom adding the final touches to both of their wedding outfits.
Lindsey and Adam’s, first look was to cute!!! Poor Adam had to wait a few extra minutes while Linsey relayed some directions to her bridesmaids so when he turned to see her, he was even more excited!!!
So leading up to the wedding, the both picked gifts for one another, Lindsey a necklace and Adam a watch. While Lindsey’s necklace was a few dollars more, Adam’s watch was rather inexpensive. They had joked back and forth about the cost of Adam’s watch, but little did he know that Linsdey had ordered an iWatch for him. His face when he saw it was priceless!!!!
I am asked all the time if having a First Look prior to a wedding ceremony will make the grooms view of his bride coming down the isle less romantic. Well, I believe these sweet photos are here to show that it’s just a sweet and romantic. These two are glowing!!!
Lindsay and Adam’s wedding ceremony was a joining of two traditions. Adam’s Jewish heritage and Lindsey’s Presbyterian roots. It was beautiful to see each couples wedding traditions unfold during their ceremony.
I love Lindsey’s face as Adam broke the glass!
Congratulations you two!!!
OMG how lovely is Stonehenge?!?! Way to go Lindsey!! You know how to create a lovely reception!!
OMG to these two met on a security team at Kennywood so who better to cuff the groom than his bride. This surprise “arrest” was to funny and quite perfect for these two!
Oh my their reception was so much fun!! One of the traditions that was a part of their reception was a Jewish dance that rolled into both the bride and groom being lifted into chairs.
Look at their smiles!!!!
