Tucked away in the little town of Indiana, Pennsylvania Emily & Ross said “I do.” This is the story of their day.
The charming Heritage House B&B set the stage for their wedding morning. Its lovely wrap around porch, wonderful window light inside, and the manicured lawn space were perfect for allowing the morning to flow from Emily getting ready to their first look and then onto portraits.
They had the cutest first look!! I love Ross’s grin!!!
I took this one as they turned and I have to say, it’s a favorite of mine. It more of a candid portraits but I love the genuine looks on their faces!
Emily, you look stunning!!! I’m pretty sure Ross agreed too!
I love how the girls dresses were almost the same dress but the tops were a little bit different. They were oh so classy!!
Gentlemen, you are looking quite dapper!
Following all the portraits, we all hopped on the bus and drove about two blocks up the road to Graystone Presbyterian for their ceremony. I just adore the outside of the church!
No matter how many first looks I witness, the groom is always just as excited when his bride walks down the isle. I’m pretty sure I caught a tear in his eye but I couldn’t miss his the joy and jitters as Emily walked towards him.
I know the walk down the isle is special to the dad BUT I always try and get a little bit of mom in there too. This photo makes my melt a little.
Congratulations you two!!!!
We snuck in a few more portraits before their reception.
Family and friends gathered for their Chestnut Ridge Wedding ballroom in Blairsville, Pennsylvania to celebrate with them after.
As you all know, I am a huge fan of navy blue so anything that has simple navy blue accents has me sold!
They even had a little dance prepared! How darling is that!?!?!?!
We ended the night with them sneaking out to the golf course for a few glowing sweet-light photos, the most smashing way to end any wedding day!!
