I usually take Friday off but with the limited summer looking landscape Katie and I went for a Friday Senior Portrait Session. We couldn’t have asked for a better day! It was just perfect outside! The sun was shining and a light breeze was blowing. We totally lucked out!
Saturday was yet again another perfect day! Nick and Lindsay had the most smashing wedding day! It was wonderful to see so many friends and family come together and help them bring their wedding day to life! Stay tuned for their #weddingwednesday blog post next week!
I’ve got the best hubby! When the wind blows the lovely dress every which way he jumps in and makes sure it’s looking just right.
Sunday was our down day. It had been 2 weeks since I took a day off. I know I keep saying about taking time for me so I don’t get burt out but I broke the rules last weekend. Shhhh If you haven’t been to Kooser State Park near Somerset, I would suggest taking a drive there. The park is small but the lake is charming and scenery is lovely! Well, not like it wouldn’t be. It’s the Laurel Highlands!
Seriously though, we stopped to check out their cabins in the park area and I have to say, for a state park, they looked quite nice. I think we will have to add them to our places to stay list in the future. So take a fall drive there this weekend and enjoy it!
Happy Monday All!
