Two years ago I decided to kick off senior season with a big shoot for all of my senior models and it was a smashing success! This year was no different with a fab boho inspired senior look. Though the forecast was calling for rain and cloudy skies, we pushed through and these lovely ladies did a killer job!
The Senior Model Style Shoot for the class of 2018 was inspired by the free spirited Bohemian culture. Set in a grassy field near the tree line, a sheer tent lined with a neural rug and throw pillows became a cozy campsite for our boho chic seniors. Since Bohemian culture is associated with wander and adventure, our props featured compass themed graphic pillows, a durable wicker basket and weathered books. The minimalist campsite showcases the “live off the land” feel of vagabond living that allots for one to have few permanent ties. The models wore earthy toned clothing with artistic prints to illustrate the creative personalities associated with boho culture.
Madison: Madison wore a ruffled cranberry off-the-shoulder dress with floral print that embodies her bubbly personality and durable leather sandals that reflect the wandering boho lifestyle.
Marianna: Marianna wore a vibrant printed shirt, distressed denim, a fun floppy hat, and layers of bracelets for her boho chic look. Her book portraits embody her academic personality and provide a sense of literary wander for a boho adventurer that carries new worlds along with her on her endeavors.
Bella: Bella is a bohemian beauty adorned in earth’s jewels and fragile lace. Her lace dress highlights free spirited culture and her laid back creative personality brightens up the earthy tones.
Meg: Meg wore a vibrant cranberry red romper that embodies her vibrant personality and provides for a comfortable look to wander through life in.
Somehow I just don’t look as cute as they all do. 😉
